Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:

If visible damage is detected on the outer packaging, ask the delivery personnel to document it with a report including their name, surname, and contact details.

If the product was left at a collection point or delivered while you were not present, follow the steps below:

Take clear photos of the package before opening it, showing any visible damage.

Take photos of the product inside the package and any damaged items.

Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.

For all cases, a minimum of three photos (outer packaging, inside the package, and product condition) must be submitted. Returns without these photos will not be accepted.


If the product is undamaged, it must be carefully repackaged before being returned.
